DESCRIPTION
"Fangyuan" FR-761 is a high-grade plastic purpose rutile titaniumdioxide produced with sulfuric acid process, This product integrates ourinnovative research on hydrolysis, salt treatment, calcinations controlinorganic, organic treatment, and product application etc. the surfacemodified by special organic agents. The product not only has obviousblue bottom phase, high brightness, high dispersion, high hiding powerand provides better pigment performance for the plastic system, but alsohas lower oil absorption and volatiles, good compatibility and fluidity,and provides better mechanical processing performance for the plasticsystem.
Particle size and distribution
The product particle size is fine and well distributed by our outstandinghydrolysis and calcining process, which makes it with high gloss, gooddispersion, excellent hiding power and tinting strength.
Surface treatment
We use high quality single aluminum inorganic coating and specialorganic surface treatment to make FR-761 to achieve the bestperformance in optical properties and applications.
Standards adopted
FR-761 comply with the following standards: R1 grade of lS0591; CASNO.13463-67-7; EINECS NO.236-675-5: color index NO.77891, white pigment 6
Applicable scope
Can be widely used in master batch, profiles, plates, pipe such aspolyolefin, PVC, ABS, PS etc., also used for leather color paste, oil paintand others.
Application performance
(1)Blue under tone: fine particle and good distribution makes it withnice blue tone and excellent whiteness. (2)High dispersibility: special inorganic and organic surface treatmentmakes the product a good dispersibility in application system. (3) Low oil absorption: it has good compatibility and dispersibility inplastic resin. (4)High temperature resistance: good resistance to turn yellow in thehigh temperature processing
