From July 15th to 16th, the 2024 Modern Logistics and Supply Chain Industry-Finance Cooperation Ecological Conference and Hami City Modern Logistics High-quality Development Conference, co-organized by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and the Hami Municipal People's Government, was held in Hami City, Xinjiang. Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of TDD, was invited to attend the meeting, conducted in-depth exchanges on modern logistics and supply chain of IBI, and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Exploration and Practice of Digital Intelligent Supply Chain to Reconstruct the Global Industrial Chain", which was unanimously recognized by the participating leaders and guests.
With the theme of "Linking Dual Circulation, Leading New Development", the conference aims to explore the effective path of integrated development of the logistics industry and regional economic ecology, tap the new momentum of industry-finance cooperation innovation and the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises, and further promote the construction and development of modern logistics and supply chain system in Hami City and even the whole country. Xiong Zhejia, Deputy Secretary-General of the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, He Liming, President of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, Sun Tao, Secretary of Hami Municipal Party Secretary, attended the conference and delivered speeches, and Ren Haoxiang, Vice President of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and President of China Logistics Society, presided over the conference.
Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of TDD, pointed out in her keynote speech that IBI is committed to the deep integration of manufacturing industry and digital technologies such as the Internet, Internet of Things, Big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and so on. And IBI takes “platform, technology, and data” as the development strategy to provide online commodity trading, business information services and digital technology services for related industries with industrial products and raw materials. As of now, IBI has formed a strategic layout with ‘industrial e-commerce platform’ as the first growth curve, ‘industrial digitalization’ as the second growth curve and ‘industrial belt cross-border e-commerce platform’ as the third growth curve, and has achieved sustained and rapid growth in recent years.
The keynote speech also made a special innovative design, and invited Xu Jian, Executive President of CNAUTO, to share the exploration and practice in the field of cross-border e-commerce and overseas business, which became a unique highlight of the conference. He pointed out that in recent years, the company has continued to increase investment in the cross-border business of industrial belts, focusing on the "1750" strategy of transaction delivery and digital intelligent supply chain, that is, "one platform, seven overseas centers, and fifty overseas warehouses", creating a new model of "industry + ecology + industry-finance", and is committed to reconstructing the global industrial system through digital and intelligent supply chain. It is committed to promoting data sharing and process integration of the nine key operation nodes of customs, taxation, foreign exchange, government, commerce, port, shipping, warehouse and finance, and provide cross-border enterprises in the industrial belt with cross-border transactions, digital cloud factory upgrading, overseas shared warehouse services, shipping lines, overseas exhibition halls, customs declaration and tax refunds, cross-border insurance, cross-border industry-finance and other services, so as to realize the integration of customs, taxation and foreign exchanges, electronic document management, online declaration and tracking, and closed-loop risk scanning, so as to comprehensively boost cross-border e-commerce and overseas business development of the industrial belt.
